-Updated Impulse firmware to version 657

Supported systems:

-Mac OSX (Snow Leopard) 10.6.8
-Mac OSX (Lion) 10.7.2 or later

-Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit

-New notification system
-New Setup Wizard
-Automap icon now appears in menu bar (Mac) and System Tray (Windows)
-Re-designed mappings browser list, mapping editor, and learn system
-Added parameter "Search" function
-Additional tool bar in mapping editor
-"Launch Automap at login" feature
-Included Windows Novation USB driver 2.3
-Updated default mappings for major DAWs
-Updated setup guides for major DAWs
-Various bug fixes

Important Notes:
- Mac only, any AU plugins wrapped using Automap 4.1b9 will lose their settings when unwrapped and re-wrapped with this version. If 4.1b9 was installed without re-wrapping AU plugins, settings will not be lost.
- User running OSX Lion who wish to enable their VST2.x plug-ins will need to manually set the VST folder permission to 'Read & Write'.
- Windows only, it is recommended that you run setup wizard again to ensure VST2.x plug-ins are wrapped using this version.
- Impulse 49/61 users : Master fader not mapping correctly in Sonar until "revert" is clicking in the Automap map window.
- Impulse Reason 6 setup guides, users are advised to choose 'Other' for manufacturer when configuring the keyboard port if the option shown in the guide is not available.
